• Text Choice
  • Standard multiple choice-type. User picks one of the text options.
• Picture Choice
  • User pictures one of the image options.
• True/False
  • User picks True or False.
• Drop Down
  • User selects an option from the drop down.
• Agreement
  • User agrees or not to a question or statement.
• Fill in the Blank
  • User fills in blanks with the answers.
• Short Text
  • User enters a short text answer.
• Long Text
  • User enters a long text answer (great for essay-style)
• Rating Scale
  • User rates something on a defined scale.
• Opinion Scale
  • User gives their opinion about something using a defined scale.
• Order
  • User puts several entries into a specific order.
• Matrix
  • User selects the correct options for a series of entries.
