UPtick Assessments

by | May 5, 2020 | 0 comments

UPtick Assessments are designed to challenge you to think about your Sales Behavior and Problem Solving abilities. Each assessment is presented as a survey, and includes questions, riddles, and puzzles. To begin, click Assessments from the Play menu.

The Sales Behavior Assessments are not timed, so you can return and complete from where you left off. The Problem Solving Assessment is timed and must be completed in one sitting.

Sales Behavior Assessment

(Total time to take the Sales Behavior Assessment approximately 12 minutes.)

The Sales Behavior Assessment is a set of statements that describe work-related behaviors and attitudes. As you read each statement, think of how it relates to you during your day-to-day work situations. As shown in the example below, each attitude or behavior statement is followed by a rating scale where you will indicate how strongly you agree or disagree with each.

As you read each statement, please click on the scale rating that best describes how strongly you agree or disagree with the statement. Everyone has different opinions and attitudes based on personal experiences; there are no right or wrong answers.

The Sales Behavior Assessment has no time limit, so you are encouraged to take your time and answer each question carefully and candidly.

Given that there is no time limit for completing this assessment, feel free to take a break, log out of the system, and log back in at a later time. When you log back in, you’ll go right back to where you left off.

Problem Solving Assessment

(The Problem Solving Assessment is a 12-minute timed assessment.)

The Problem Solving Assessment tests your ability to correctly respond to business issues.

  • You must complete the assessment in one sitting.
  • You have 12 minutes to answer as many questions as you can.
  • If you leave the assessment for any reason, the time still counts down, whether you are logged in or not.
  • Your score is determined by the number of correct answers.

The actual Problem Solving Assessment consists of 40 problems which are analytical or mathematical in nature. You have 12 minutes to answer as many as you can. You are not required to answer all the questions, just do the best you can.
