Yes.  If the student has successfully passed the course and you have created a certificate for the course. To download a certificate for a learner:

1. Click “Lead” in the left navigation menu.
2. Click on “Gradebook.”
3. Locate the offering on the list, and click on its title.
4. Locate the student on the list, and click on their name.
5. Find the certificate element on the list. Click on the three vertical dots to the right and select “Download Certificate.”

You can also print the certificate once it has been downloaded.
