If a learner no longer needs access to your DigitalChalk organization, you can delete their user account.

To delete a learner from your organization;

1. Click on “Lead” in the left navigation menu.
2. Click on “Users”.
3. Click the vertical three dots to the right of the user’s name.
4. Select “Delete”.
5. Type in “DELETE” (all caps).
6. Click “Delete”.
