Spaces are locations that are related to your organization and are only used with Events (you MUST have a Space created before you can create an Event). You can set up meeting rooms, buildings, or outdoor locations as Spaces.
- Details
- The name, description, etc. of the Space
- Grouping
- A way to classify a Space, such as making a group of “State” and then having different values like “New York,” or “California.”
- Amenities
- Add things that the Space has, like a TV, projector, water cooler, etc.
- Preview
- See what the Space entry will look like
- Delete
- Remove the Space from your listing
- Set as Active
- Set the Space to be Active or not, which will determine if it can be selected for Events
