Updating Organization Info

If you need to change information about your organization, you can do so by going to the Manage section of the side bar and selecting “My Organization.”

This will provide you with the following options:

  • Contacts
    • View/edit the information for your technical and billing contacts
  • Transfer Ownership
    • Transfer ownership of the organization to another person
    • Only the organization owner will have access to this option
  • Features
    • Select from a list of features that are available for DigitalChalk
  • EULA
    • View/edit your EULA
  • Integrations
    • Set up integrations for many 3rd party services such as Zoom, GoTo, and Stripe
    • These are covered more in depth in a separate article
  • Password Policy
    • Make changes to the password requirements for your organization
    • This is covered more in depth in its own article
  • Plan
    • View information on your current plan, and add a credit card to have on file
  • Settings
    • View/edit settings for your organization such as inactive timeout, toggles for required standard user fields,  and currency type
