To pay your DigitalChalk balance by adding funds to your account as needed, you can use one of the following options.
Option #1: Using Bill.com – Setting up a Bill.com account is pretty easy if you don’t already have one. Just fill out the requisite information and connect your relevant account(s). Once you have done that, go to the Vendors page and find us to establish a connection. From there, you can click to pay electronically.
If you are already signed up for Bill.com, just make sure that you have DigitalChalk up as a vendor connection and initiate a payment from there.
Option #2: Using the QuickBooks option – The alternative is to send an email to email@example.com including the following information:
- Subject line that reads “Account Pre-funding Request – [Organization Name]
- Name of the organization in the body of the email
- The exact amount of money that you would like to pay
- Any additional details
Once we have processed, you will receive a reply that includes a QuickBooks link that you can click in order to pay the amount you specified.
To ensure timely payment of your account balance, you can automatically pay your DigitalChalk balance by adding a credit card on file to your account.
