An error while attempting to play video or audio in a chalkboard can be caused by one of the following:
- The video could not play
- The server or network failed or the media format is not supported
- Corporate or private network firewall settings that are blocking the media content.
To be sure your network is not blocking traffic from Amazon Web Services and DigitalChalk, confirm that you have whitelisted (allowed access to) the following addresses:
amazonaws.com
cloudfront.net
digitalchalkcontent.com
media.digitalchalk.com
- Connecting to a different network or trying a different internet browser can often be an easy fix to a media play error.
- You may need to contact your corporate IT administrator for assistance in making the necessary changes.
